Lana is originally from Odessa, Ukraine, a beautiful European city on the Black Sea renowned for its rich history, art, and architecture. She graduated from Odesa Mechnikov National University with a degree in Management of Organizations and is a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker in Leadership through John Maxwell University. Lana brings over 12 years of experience in business development, employer engagement, and leadership training. She has worked across industries in both Ukraine and the United States, offering expertise in building strategic partnerships and designing impactful programs. A strong believer in self-leadership and the impact people make on each other, Lana is also an author who enjoys writing on personal growth topics. Her mission is to connect ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ students’ talents with employer needs, empowering them to pursue careers that align with their purpose and ambitions.
