Chris Foltz

Chris Foltz is a narrative architect, startup advisor, and speaker who helps leaders redesign the stories, identities, and stakeholder ecosystems that shape organizations. He believes organizations don’t transform until their narratives do. Neither do the leaders who shape them.

As Managing Director of Silicon Valley-based Responsible Solutions Ltd., Chris helps founders, executives, governments, universities, and innovation ecosystems navigate strategic pivots, align stakeholders, and build organizations that create lasting impact. His work combines narrative architecture, stakeholder strategy, AI, organizational transformation, entrepreneurship, and market positioning to help leaders communicate complex ideas, earn trust, and turn ambitious visions into movements.

Chris serves as Global Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Founder Institute, the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator, where he is a top rated mentor to entrepreneurs on six continents. He is also Co-Founder of AI Alt Lab, leads Strategic Initiatives for the Human Intelligence Movement, chairs the International Advisory Board of the Ugwumba Center for Leadership Development in Africa, is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the Georgia Technology & Innovation Agency’s startup accelerator in Tbilisi, Georgia, and is part IEEE’s working group on the Standard for Assessing Organizational Readiness for Human-AI, Identity Resilience and Interaction Score (IRIS).

In 2021, Chris was invited to the Institute for Real Growth’s prestigious IRG100, collaborating with CMOs from organizations including Google, Meta, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, AB InBev, and Ford.

His work has contributed to entrepreneurial ecosystems across multiple continents, from supporting Startup of the Year recipients in Africa and Canada to advising founders and institutions navigating growth, transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

Today, Chris’s work spans the private, public, nonprofit, and political sectors. His collaborations have included industry pioneers, global leaders, celebrities, and public officials. His strategic guidance has contributed to milestones ranging from electing the first female mayor in a century-old municipality to supporting U.S. presidential campaigns on both sides of the political aisle.

His contributions have been recognized with honors including the President’s Volunteer Service Award, the Chicago Area Peace Corps Association Service Award, Leadership Awards from both the Huntington’s Disease Society of America & the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago, Nebraska Art History Award, Trumpet Award from the Publicity Club of Chicago, a 6x Chicago Innovation Award nominee, has been named a “Chicagoan of the Week,” and recognized as a “World Peace Ambassador” by Claes Nobel, the Patriarch of the Nobel Prize Family.

James Terry

Lieutenant General Retired James Terry is a native of Chatsworth, Georgia and a graduate of Murray County High School. He graduated with a Bachelor Business Administration in Marketing and Management from then North Georgia College, now the University of North Georgia. While attending the University of North Georgia he was a member of the Cadet Corps, a Distinguished Military Student, a Distinguished Military Graduate and commissioned Regular Army into the Infantry Branch upon graduation on 4 June 1978.

While serving our Nation as a commissioned officer Lieutenant General Retired James Terry commanded successfully from every level from Rifle Platoon Leader through Theater Army. He was also honored to command and lead Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines from across multiple nations in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria.

In January 2016 James retired from the U.S. Army at the rank of Lieutenant General. He then transitioned to the U.S. Defense Industry where he worked as a Senior Vice President for Strategy and Business Development in Cubic Defense from August 2016 through June 2024.

In July 2024 Lieutenant General Retired Terry assumed responsibilities as Senior Vice President, Superintendent of Cadets, The Cadet Leadership Academy, University of North Georgia, the Senior Military College of Georgia and one of six in the United States of America.

Lieutenant General Retired Terry has served on the University of North Georgia Alumni Council, the Mike Cottrell College of Business Advisory Board, and the Cadet Corps Advisory Council. He received a Master of Arts in Business Administration Degree from Webster University, and a Master of Science in National Security Strategy and Policy Degree from the U.S. National Defense University.

He is happily married to the former Julie Grogan from Gainesville, Georgia who is also a 1978 graduate of the University of North Georgia. Together they have three children and five grandchildren. 

Mrs. Justine Gravino Kickham

Justine is an Enterprise Account Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she helps organizations accelerate their cloud adoption and digital transformation. Going on 7 years of experience at Amazon — including her tenure with Amazon Business — she brings a unique blend of commercial acumen and customer obsession to her role. Justine is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her customers and is known for her ability to connect business challenges to the right technology solutions.

She was recognized as the HED Q4 Attainment Winner and is actively involved in mentoring and enablement initiatives that help others succeed.

Christine Hartness

Dr. Christine Hartness is the Executive Director of ENGAGE – Youth in Government, Georgia’s official CTSO for Public Service and Safety, housed within the Georgia Center for Civic Engagement. A dedicated leader in civic education and public policy, she brings over a decade of experience across high school classrooms and statewide curriculum development.

Dr. Hartness helped shape Georgia’s revitalized Government and Public Administration career pathway, authoring curriculum and pioneering its pilot in Barrow County. She holds a PhD in Public Policy, an MS in Curriculum and Instruction, an MAT in Social Sciences, and a BS in Political Science—academic training she uses to equip students with the skills and confidence to lead their communities.

Bryan Cox

Bryan Cox is currently a Program Manager and Kapor Center Fellow at the Constellations Center for Education in Computing where he is charged with promoting equity in computing education K-16.

Previously, he served as the Computer Science Program Lead at the Georgia Department of Education, promoting CS education and supporting CS teachers and students across the state. Bryan has also served as a High School STEM teacher, teaching math, computer science, and engineering courses.

As a researcher, Bryan has worked on a variety of projects related to computing education implementation, AI literacy, and instructional technologies with a focus on supporting diverse populations such as students of color, students from rural and/or low-socioeconomic communities, and students for whom English is a second language.

Bryan received his PhD in Instructional Technology from Georgia State University and his undergraduate degree in Computing Information Systems from Florida A & M University.

Sallie Holloway

Sallie Holloway currently serves as the Interim Executive Director of College and Career Development for Gwinnett County Public Schools, focused on cultivating innovative and systematic K-12 future-ready
pathways to meaningful college and career experiences where every student is equipped and empowered to lead in their communities and a global economy.

Most recently, she served as the inaugural Director of AI and Computer Science where she led the district’s K-12 Computer Science for All initiative and its AI and Future-Ready pilot, both aiming to bridge all students to their most meaningful
future opportunities. Sallie has experience as a high school computer science teacher as well as school and district level leadership roles in both Fulton County Schools and Gwinnett County Schools.

She attended the University of Georgia for her undergrad and holds degrees in Workforce Education, Instructional Technology, and Educational Leadership.

Matt Colvin

Matt Colvin is the Metro North Regional Economic Development Manager. In this role, he supports the counties of Forsyth, Dekalb, Fulton, and Gwinnett on strategic plans, community partnerships, and industry recruitment initiatives that drive job creation and capital investment.

Matt collaborates closely with local leaders, development authorities, and Georgia Power partners to strengthen economic preparedness, support business retention and expansion, and champion innovative solutions that position the Metro North Region for long-term growth and success.
