Omicron Delta Kappa
Omicron Delta Kappa (O∆K) is the national leadership honor society that recognizes exceptional leadership and character. We bring together students, faculty and staff across generations and across O∆K’s five pillars: academics, athletics, service, communications and the arts.
Founded in 1914, O∆K develops and honors leaders through scholarships, leadership programs, career opportunities and a lifelong national network.
Beyond prestige and professional connections, O∆K membership offers real financial and professional value that can exceed the cost of the national initiation fee.
