Note: Vehicle Registration to activate parking permits will be open for students, faculty, and staff on August 1.

Visitors are welcome year round for campus visits, special events, orientation tours, commencement and more. Parking Services can assist in providing a required parking pass for visitors in order to park appropriately on campus.

• A visitor pass is required to park in designated "Visitor" spaces.
• Passes are typically valid for one day and do not permit parking in other areas not designated for visitors
  • reserved, restricted, bus-only, red-lined spaces, or fire lanes. 
• For large groups or events, university departments should contact Parking Services at least two business days in advance.
• Parking space assignments are enforced during business hours, unless otherwise marked
  • Spaces marked "24-Hour F/S" are reserved for faculty and staff at all times.

Register for a Visitor Pass

To register, you will need to provide your vehicle’s make, model, license plate number, and state. Depending on your visitor type, use one of the options below:

• Individuals: Register online via the or visit any campus Parking Services Office during regular business hours. 
• Contractors & vendors: Coordinate directly with your host ¹ú²ú×ÔÅÄ department, as they must request a permit on your behalf.
• Retired faculty & staff: Registration must be completed in person at a Parking Services Office.
• Large groups/Departments: To request permits for large groups, the university department should contact Parking Services at least two business days in advance.
